1. Who we are

Lev Response is the sole proprietorship of Efri Mayer, Consciencestraat 56, 2018 Antwerp, Belgium, enterprise number BE 1044.309.423. We are responsible for processing your personal data. For any questions, email info@levresponse.com.

2. What data we process

• Data you give us by email, phone or through our quote form: name, organisation, email address, phone number and the details of your request.
• When you book an intro call: your name, email address and the time you choose.
• During a training: participants' names, for the certificate of participation.
• For clients: the details we need for invoicing.

This website itself uses no cookies, no visitor statistics and no tracking. To display its fonts, the website loads Google Fonts, which technically means Google receives your IP address.

3. Why

• To answer your question and send you a quote.
• To organise trainings and issue certificates of participation.
• To invoice and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do this because it is needed to prepare or perform a contract, because the law requires it, or because we have a legitimate interest, such as answering your question.

4. Who we share your data with

We never sell your data. We use a few service providers that process data on our behalf: Google (email, forms and calendar), Netlify (hosting of this website), our accounting software and, where needed, our accountant. Some of these services may process data outside the European Union, with appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep your data

Requests that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to two years. Client and invoicing data are kept as long as the law requires.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data. You can also object to its use, ask us to restrict processing, or ask for your data to be transferred. Email info@levresponse.com; we reply within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).

7. Links to other services

Our quote form (Google Forms), the booking calendar (Google Calendar) and our Instagram page are also covered by those services' own privacy policies.
